    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Ok, I keep waiting for someone else to buy this so I don’t have to think about it. Does anyone have the background story on it? I haven’t called the owner, because I’m not really a serious buyer, though I wish I was. It looks pretty far along, and well put together. I seem to remember it has some Stearman structure in it.

When it comes to biplanes, the F4B is right at the top for me, maybe behind a F3F and ahead of a He-51.
