I'm trying to understand the impacts of stepping down a 3/8 fuel line to a 1/8NPT inlet and outlet for a new fuel pump (Facet 40313). The system will remain 3/8" lines everywhere except the in/out of the boost pump.

The current system is all 3/8" line and being free flowing in series this would effectively reduce the line diameter from .29 to .2 diameter at the intersection of the new pump.

Would this restriction still support enough free fuel flow for an O-320 running a PS5C pressure carb?
