    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Got a friend with 3 fuselages, one slightly damaged, one Herb Ross built one thats never been flown .One set of (uncovered) wings, one of the lower is damaged near the tip. Tail feathers, spring gear, turtle back, engine mount, new tail wheel, new looking Sensenich prop, gas, header and ferry/smoke tanks, instrument panel, basic instruments, sheet metal side panels and fiberglass cowling. Like any project its difficult to know whats NOT there, apart from an engine. Has S-1S wings. The best of the fuselages has most of the spruce stringers, flight control linkage and fuel lines plumbed. I told him I might be interested in all the best stuff he has to make ONE complete airplane. I struts and flying wires, wheels and wheel pants. Got no idea what that’s worth.
