    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

I'm thinking there are more than a few members here who live in an airpark community. I have a place at Pine Shadows in the Fort Myers Florida area and we're being asked to vote on a change to the voting threshold for changes to the governing documents (covenants, bylaws, etc). Currently the threshold for passing an amendment is 75% of the full membership voting in favor of the proposal. I would love to know what other airparks have for their voting threshold. I wish I had thought to ask sooner as we are voting on this tomorrow morning.

We are being told that most HOA's have a simple majority threshold but many of us doubt that applies to airpark communities. Thanks for any info you can supply........
