Engine Mount Drawing 12-600?

Question for those who built a mount.

My plans show part 12-600-5 "bushing" is .75 x .120 x 1.75, but the drawing shows 3.00. Can I get a confirmation that part is 3 inchs long? I already bought the AN bolts for the Bung.
