Hello All

In the next few weeks i'll begin making the buck and then mould for the top cowling and turtle deck on my Lazer Z200 project.

I was wondering if you guys have any experience doing this. Most specifically i'm interested in hearing peoples experiences with layups. Or suggestions on what would work. How many layers and of what? I see Bully Aero have done a really nice new Pitts cowl. I'd love to know what layup was used. And where if any strengthening was placed.

I'm undecided as of yet whether to go for wet lay with vaccum bagging or resin infusion. But happy doing either.

Any thoughts, opinions and advice welcome!
