What hole saws seems to be the best for notching the 4130 tubes for fuselage fabrication? I’m using the standard HF tube notcher. Have used Cobalt and now Milwaukee, which seems to be holding up the best. Ordered a Hougen bit from Brown tool, which made a beautiful cut to half-way thru, then broke a tooth. Brown refunded but refused to replace since I was not cutting perpendicular on sheet, as is apparently recommended.

Suggestions?
