    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

My project has a complete analog panel. No radios, no transponder and certainly no ADSB. All the instruments are ancient and would have to be sent out to be checked. I am quite happy to build a new panel from scratch. Built in or tablet based? Musts are bare minimum VFR instruments, engine monitoring, radio, transponder and ADSB so I can future proof the airplane. All thoughts, recommendation, and photo’s of simple panels are welcome.
