I finally got out to the shop again to fiddle with rigging the wings. I’m using 3 rigging boards across the top wing and I finally have the wing straight and flat. The wires are taught but not set to final tension yet. I started the rigging with 1 970-4 washer under each I strut. In order to get the left upper wing straight I ended up having to use 6 washers under the forward spar for the top wing to take the twist out. I’ve measured both I struts and they are identical. Just wondering why I would need that many washers?? According to the plans 6 washers is max for the 10-200.
