S1 Control stick build question

Hi all,

I'm planning to build a new control stick for my S-1S and when modeling it in the CAD, the form factor didn't seem to match up with the drawing.

See the 5 1/8 vs 3 5/8 dimensions from the drawings below. I used the drawing dimensions to make the CAD model, but the arrowhead shape appears to be much more stretched on the CAD vs drawing. Any idea of what I'm missing?
