    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Greetings and Salutations... Looking over the weight and balance information I have from Bartoe it indicates a CG range of 18inches to 21.6 inches. The owner of a sister ship has an unsigned letter in his package which came from Bartoe and it states the forward CG limit for all serial numbers should be 17inches not 18inches as previously stated. Has anyone else run across this 17 inch forward limit? I would like to use it but I am cautious of unsigned calculations. Thanks in advance. Tom
