Hey guys. I went to go look at an IO-320. I eventually passed on it. Owner wanted way too much money. The engine had no logs and had an IRAN done 30 years ago with no documentation. Anyways, it got me curious though. Is anyone running a 320 Pitts S1 with a constant speed prop?

Is the 360 to 320 weight saving offset by the extra equipment such as governor, hoses, cables etc?
What your set up looks like?
What kind of prop?
How’s the performance?

I imagine if the airplane was built light it could be quite a performer.

Cheers
