    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

i removed the control rod and fixed the right elevator trim tab and that helped lessen the sensitivity. i also noticed and do not like a kind of neutral feeling when deflecting ailerons about 1" with no tendency to return to neutral and very little roll of the wings...
then if you move the stick a little more you get lots of roll and resistance on the stick.
My test pilot says close the slots from aileron to wing but i am not sure as the only other biplane i have flown had the same slotted ailerons and delightful control feel.
We rigged all 4 ailerons in trail of the wing and have the std aluminum trailing edge.
