Hello Group,

I am the happy owner-to-be of a beautiful AS1, currently based in Michigan. It is a lovely airplane, and the builder has every right to be proud of what he did.

I was surprised to see that it does not have a controllable pitch-trim system. Instead, it has a servo-tab system, with adjustable length pushrods that control the tab neutral point.

Is this normal in the AS1?

Thanks,

Wayne
