    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).

I am putting a SAS1 back together after painting (Christen Eagle Blue PF 177). I purchased the airframe without the engine and have installed a Lyc O290D2. The plans that came with the airplane have seen better days and I should go ahead a buy a new set. I have not found anything on the ones I have regarding the cowling and baffeling and wonder if in fact they are included with the plans. I owned a Starduster II years ago and have a new unused set of plans I would trade for a like set of AS1 drawings.
