    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

I have picked up a Starduster too project and I am in the process of assembly now. It appears that I am going to exceed the aft CG limits. EWCG is in the middle of the envelope @ 22.0" and all of my calculations show that it needs to be at or near the front edge of the envelope for it to fall into place when loaded.
My thoughts are to: 1. fly it from the front, 2. build a longer engine mount, 3. lose a lot of weight, 4. repurpose the 0-360 and move the project on down the line.
Thoughts?
