I do not have a set of plans for the two hinge aileron wings I am rebuilding. So I am leaving one wearing assembled as I rebuild the other.
I have looked but cannot find any reference to the cutout size for the aileron actuator that sticks up from the top of the wing.

Does anybody have a picture or even better, a picture of the plans that show this opening In the top of the wing.?

Left to my own devices I will probably scribe an arc using the actuator bolt hole and widen it as wide as a wide area washer for some unknown arc amount. Of course I want this holl be a small and precise as possible. Well for some reason I can’t seem to attach a photo… Anymore
