Discovered today that the attach points for the slave strut on my upper/lower ailerons are drilled for a 3/16” hole, per the plans, and that the tabs are 1/2” apart, also per the plans.

Also noticed that the sheet for the slave strut calls for a rod end bearing with a 1/4” bore. Such a rod end bearing is too wide to fit between the tabs on the aileron attach point, plus the bore is 1/4” vs. 3/16”.

Curious what others have used?

David
