Hey Guys,

My metal kit came with 2 aluminum hinges, one 36" long and the other 72" long. I have not reaced a point to use them yet but I thought it would be a good time to ask two questions:

1) Are these hinges used for the trim tab and cowl?
2) If you cut off a section of this hinge material, do you need to do anything special so that the hinge pin does not come out?

It is just a thought that has occured to me while restacking the remaining building materials.

Thank you,
Philips
