    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).

I’ve just found out ACS no longer carries the cement coated brass plated nails for ribs.
Mine finally ran out….
And I can’t find another source.
A quick search seemed to find a few sources in Europe, but I couldn’t order them that way either, no stock available.
I enjoy using the nails, they speed up production, and look so much better than staples.
I know lots suggest to use weights, but I enjoy building ribs with the nails.
Does anyone have a North America source? Or maybe a pound each of 3/8” and 1/2” nails they no longer need?
