It's listed on Barnstormers. I got an email reply with pics, it's current owner is Dave Blanton.

There is no damage on the airplane. N7645B was first flown in 1998 and had only accumulated 18 hours flight time. The engine installed was a Lyc 0-235 which was too small for the airplane and it had poor performance. The engine was later sold and the airframe was stored for many years before it was sold to a new owner. He decided to recover the airplane and removed the fabric.
The airplane was disassembled and the fuselage/tail section were blasted and repainted with epoxy paint. The airplane was reassembled and is now ready for recover. Poly-fiber envelops were purchased for the recover and come with the airplane plus some of the paint supplies. I purchased a Lycoming 0-320, 150 HP engine for the airplane with only 1087 hrs since major. The compressions are all over 70 and includes the baffles. This engine will provide great performance for the airplane. The airplane will come with the original logbooks, unlimited airworthiness ticket and operation limitations.
Bottom line= it will take very little effort to complete the airplane and get it flying. The airplane will need a propeller and very little more to finish. I would use a Sensenich 74-54 propeller. Used propeller would cost $800-$1200. I would estimate less than 200 hours labor to have the airplane flying.
I'm asking 22,500 K with the engine or 15K without the engine. When completed the airplane will be worth around 35K."
