Anyone Know This Acroduster II?

I'm constantly searching for a biplane (flying or mostly completed project), learning and researching for the day when I decide to pull the trigger. I heard from my father, who had exposure back in the 70's to a Starduster II, and who built a Skybolt, that the Starduster II had "CG issues". Thoughts on that as well, I'm all ears/eyes.
