Hi everyone,

My S1's fuselage and empennage were built as per plans, including the strap hinges.
Following an old post (that I cannot retrieve) regarding strap hinges with a bronze insert offered by Aviat, I contacted them and Janette answered me that they still carried those parts, which are designed for the S2C notably :

As I have no S2C available for check, would anyone know if the strap hinges dimensions (width and elevator spar diameter) are identical to S1S ones ? If that was the case I think I would switch to these part...

Many thanks in advance for the help !

Xavier
