Ay turbine guys here? Need Comp Air value

Hey guys. I am trying to figure out a real world value on a airplane. What is resell like on something like this? What is it really worth? Owner is asking $299,000. The plane is a 2002 Comp Air SL7. It has 280 TT and the Walter 601D has 50 SMOH. The past owner had a hot start and exchanged the engine for a overhauled unit. Is this something that would sell for big money down the road? Is the $299,000 price in line? I saw a couple others in that price range but will they sell??? Here are some pics.
