The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web.

    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

IAC 67 has invited Alan Silver of Silver Parachutes to present his Emergency Bailout Procedures & Survival Equipment for Pilots Seminar.
http://silverparachutes.com/safety-seminars/

Alan presents this same seminar to many groups including the International Council of Air Shows, Soaring Society of America, Warbirds Owner Conference as well as holding forums at Sun N Fun, Arlington Fly In and AirVenture.

If you wear an emergency parachute, or have ever thought about it, this is a "must see" seminar. Alan covers all the basics from choosing the right equipment, fitting it and making the go/no-go decision. Personally, I try to attend at least every other year as a refresher.

3:30 pm at the Arlington Airport Office on April 26th.

Cost......... FREE! We just want safe, educated pilots out there!

After the seminar IAC 67 is having a no-host bar gathering at the Medallion Hotel in Smokey Point. Feel free to stop on by and meet some other acro-nuts!

This is being offered in conjunction with IAC 67's annual Judges Training Weekend. If you have an interest in learning about being an aerobatic judge, that training starts early Saturday morning and continues through Sunday. Let me know if you're interested in that portion of the weekend.
