Anyone know anything about a Skybolt listed on Barnstormers?

1974 STEEN SKYBOLT (BI-PLANE) • $24,000 • AVAILABLE FOR SALE • 1974 Steen Skybolt. Has a 250 HP Lycoming 0540A1D5 engine, 35hr since overhaul. 260 total hours. OBO • Contact Nicholas C. Hoppe, Owner - located Cape Girardeau, MO USA • Telephone: 5734505411 • Posted December 20, 2018

I've seen for what has to be a year now. I think it started around $40k. Now at $24k it'd seem to me a good deal for just the engine. Wondering what's wrong with it?
