I took note to your comment that all the plans you have seen fail to depict the inner race spacer. I created the following cut out drawing that I believe accurately displays the spacer you are speaking of. Please let me know if this is accurate as I am going to continue working on it.
I would very much like tocontribute to making omissions like this a thing of the past.
