I have been thinking painless tube bending for garage builder.
Many people fill that tubing with sand. It work well, but that is time consuming.
Spring inside tubing before bending work too, but builder need to find springs for that and it is not cheapest way for couple of bend.
Might this work: Fill tubing with some kind of plastic or nylon rod. Bend your tubing that shape your want. Take your heat gun and start add heat for bent until plastic rod start soften enough to pull out (it must break middle of bent) at both ends of tube.
Has anybody try that before? What might be best plastic for that kind of work?
