How about photos from the flyin.
As we were leaving this am we were surrounded by EAA judges and a request we participate in the airshow but my test pilot and crew chief (sons) had to be back at the airlines tomorrow...maybe next year. over 100 kts groundspeed both directons and perfect weather.
We even stopped at Poplar Grove to join up with Judy and Glenn to the Hatz and Pietenpol flyin at Brodhead, Wi.
Dennis in Chicago
PS; Met several forum members and old Acro owners with lots of stories!
Flying photo thanks to Judy and Glenn in their Charger.
As you can see in the photo my Wittman Tailwind hat was riding high in back and as we climbed out from
runway 36 at Wittman field my hat blew off and landed on Steve"s old house.
Last photo of skybolt is Larry and his son meeting us at Brodhead.
