Biplane with highest completion rate?

Hi folks. I was discussing my next build with the boss (wife). I'm thinking this time we may go for a biplane.

Which design is currently seeing the best rate of competition, from your observation? I'm a builder of moderate skill and could likely get it done (time permitting). Just curious which design's builds tend to make it to the finish line.

Two seaters preferred.
