I've read all sorts of story's as to how blind a Pitts is on landing that you can not see in front of you at all.

I was wondering if anyone has tried to put these new small camera's and a small screen in the cockpit.

I know about being paranoid about weight. But it seems like these new micro cameras up in in the cabane strut fairing, and a small handheld GPS style viewing screen would be minimal as far as weight and might dramatically improve the sight picture for aligning with the runway etc.

Just a crazy thought I had.
