The old setup on my S-1S was a drilled bolt attached to the control horn thru which the bowden cable was passing. When torquing the nut of that bolt along with a special washer, the cable was bent and secured in place. I'm looking for something easier to install/adjust so I was looking at the wire grip Spruce sells + clevis. Does anybody use this for elevator trim? Any reason not to use it?

Thanks,

-Dimitri
