I am considering building my own 4 into 1. Looking for some input for the best source for SS tubing, flanges, ext. I don't see a lot on ACS. I know that some of you have built your own so if you could share your experience here I think it will be an interesting thread.

I just can't commit to shelling out $1,500. for a system from one of the suppliers. And I just like welding and fabricating.

Neil, I saw this thread while searching around that you had built a system. If you could chime in here that would be helpful. Thanks.

"I used the CAFE report when I made my 4 into 1 also. Full power run and lean to peak. You can see right where the tail pipe needs to be cut for optimum length."
