    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Saw this listed on eBay earlier this morning, the former owner is a friend of mine and the plane was totaled out by insurance due to spar damage. It seems that the person who purchased it from the insurance company feels comfortable representing the aircraft in a less than honest way and states 'no obvious damage.'

Just wanted to share this with the community to ensure that someone doesn't purchase it and potentially can get harmed in the process.
