Question sounds out of left field, but I’m genuinely interested in the answer and have never heard it discussed. Maybe there are some guys on here that also have experience in off shore boating, or greater knowledge re motion sickness in general?
Seems logical that if you've conditioned yourself to tolerate aerobatics, maybe you won't experience seasickness either(?). They're both forms of motion sickness, but obviously the motions of a boat over a long period of time are not the same as those of a half hour aerobatics ride, so I don't know.
It would be kind of cool to think that in preparation for an ocean trip that could get rough you could just fly the heck out of your plane and avoid a seasickness problem. Not sure how astronauts condition themselves to have no problems in space.
