Couldn't find a single part number anywhere on these, figured I'd tap into the wisdom of the forum, can anyone identify them?

I plan on running a locking tailwheel so I figure I'll need to replace the pads eventually, but unfortunately I don't have the faintest idea of what to order!

Any help would be much appreciated.
