Hey guys,

I'm doing some sheet metal work and the previous owner has roughed in the sheet metal. He had planned on making the plane open cockpit and cut the holes for the pilot. I think the front hole may be cut too far.

Question:
On a Steen bubble, What is the length from the front of the turtle deck to the front of the front cockpit?

My fuselage was built as a Firebolt, so I am concerned the Skybolt Bubble will not be long enough. I tried asking Dave at Steen and he didn't really have an answer.

OR

If someone has a uncut bubble and they can tell me how long it is that will work also. I know I will need same hangover on the back. Right now I want to see how close I am.

It looks like my length from turtle deck to the front of the front cockpit is 60-65 inches.
