Good afternoon all, I am involved in a couple of S1 projects right now and have a question about the grain orientation on the center section sheeting. I have two sets of drawing and neither of them specify the direction of the face grain. One of the wings I have here has the face grain oriented spanwise, the other had the grain running for and aft before I removed it to install a tank. Is there a right and wrong? The spanwise face grain seems wrong to me, should I be concerned?
I appreciate any and all advice. Thanks.
