Just finished the first round of test fitting the BGL in my trailer, for the very long trip to Brodhead, Wisconsin. I’ve trailered it several times, but always tail first.
Also got a good start on buffing and nickel plating hardware.
Of course I miss flying it, but I also want it to look the best I can make it look for Brodhead and AirVenture. Plus I’m very fortunate to have a bunch of friends with planes they let me fly.
Leaving Texas July 10th, 84 days seems like a long time but my list of things I want to change, add, clean or improve keeps growing.
