Clearance between drag wires and capstrips

Hi everyone,
I'm sorry as I'm sure this have already been discussed here but I can't find it anymore :
What is the minimum acceptable clearance between a tightened drag wire and a rib's capstrip (ie not requiring any wood removal) ?I already modified one capstrip as the wire was touching it, but I have a few others that are actually very close too...Thanks in advance
