Hello everyone,

I am installing ventilation in my Skybolt, and have been pondering whether to install heat. I have the Steen canopy set up in place. I purchased the box, sceet, etc, (about $250 worth of stuff) but still not sure if it is worth the effort. One consideraton is that it will not look that pretty with the 2 inchtubinginside the cockpit. Another is the level of use. I live near St. Louis and I hope this global warming :) will help out. What is the minimum OAT to fly comfortably without heat source?and wonder if anyone has any thoughts/experience on the necessity of a cockpit heat system.
Thanks

Dave
