I'm not connected with the seller but thought someone might be interested in this airplane for this price ($3900, complete less engine, with CoA). According to the caption under a picture on the cover of Trade-a-plane (second may issue 2018):

Charlie "Owlman" Stoudt, renowned World War II test pilot, built this Stoudt Bi-Plane in the 1960's from a J3 Cub.
