Hello Guys,
I've covered my Ultimate wings with 3 ply 1/16" inch birch plywood from Aircraftspruce. I initially watered them and preformed them in an styrofoam mold. Let them dry for some time and the epoxyd them to the leading edges.
Unfortunately now I see that the plywood between the ribs forms itself down on several spots... I don't know why this happens, but it doesn't look toooo good. Any idea how to get this fixed? Will it affect aerodynamics in any way? Since the whole wing is coverd and more or less flexible I don't think so, but maybe someone has had the same issue and first hand experience.
See pictures attached with a straight piece to steel hold onto it for reference. It's not the nose that moved in, but the part in front of the spar about 2/3 of the way from nose to spar.
