    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Yes, that's me. The classic guy who bought a Pitts and let it get away from him. Ground looped off into the dirt and broke off the tailwheel plus some other minor damage. Did not strike the prop so the engine is still good.

So I need a mechanic who can get my new baby back in the air. My usual A&P is a great guy but this is outside his expertise. I need a specialist who knows these airplanes. We disassembled it and brought it back to his hangar before inspecting it.

The closer to the Ft Worth the better.

Thanks
