Hey guys!
For some of the ribs on the acrosport 2 the plans say to use solid wood instead of plywood. I'm done building the pattern for the nose rib and plan on using my table router to duplicate them. I'm running into a problem of the wood splintering or splitting out a little on the corners. The bit i'm using is a straight 2 flute bit with a bearing.
Any ideas on how to prevent it? A different bit perhaps?
Mike
