I drilled my drag wire holes last night.

They turned out ok, not as perfect as I would have thought with as much care as I took in drilling them.

then drilled the holes out with a number 10 drill. The wires are still pretty tight in the spars. How tight should they be??? Also how big can I open up these holes???

In one spot the wires are hitting each other in the spar. Not by alot but they are. I was thinking of opening up each hole to get the wires to pass each other. Any other ideas???

Thanks Bill
