Biplane Folks,
I have started a new photo build album for my Toot project. I invite y'all to check it out. Needless to say, it's buried in my gallery. I expect that things will go slowly for a while as I'm trying to get my Europa back in the air after some "required" fuel system modifications that are taking a couple orders of magnitude longer than they should.
For now, my Toot will be called "Dragonfly," at least until I can find a suitable cartoon dragonfly with a catchy name. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm thinking "Evanrood" who was the "outboard dragonfly" who powered the little boat in the first Disney movie of "The Rescuers."
This is a big departure from "The Tasmanian Devil," my original Little Toot idea. At my age, it's time to be thinking about the future and a fire-breathing aircraft isn't going to cut it if I have to drop back to LSA some day. So, the Dragonfly will be build as light as I can possibly build it. Power is planned to be an IO-320 with a wood prop. It will have an inverted system if I can manage it. I discuss other aspects of my plans in the album.
Commentary is welcome!
Good building and safe flying,Bob Borger
