I need to go to Grainger tomorrow and pick up a 1/4" reamer and drill bits.

What size would you guys recommend for undersized holes so the reaming process goes smoothly?

The wing fittings are 1/8" 2024 T3. Should I drill once with a "B" letter drill then ream later or drill with 2 different sized drill bits?

Thanks!
