Has anyone been crazy enough to cross drill the brake rotors? Im thinking it could save a pound or so and would be free. With the proper pattern and hole size I cant see it degrading braking performance unless several hard stops were made in close succession. Pad wear would be increased but I doubt it'd be enough to matter. Plus, brakes only slow you down....

The lightest 500-5 tires Ive found are the 4 ply Air Hawks. Anyone know of anything lighter?

Any other ideas for removing weight in the gear area is appreciated. I have magnesium wheels already and am thinking Ti bolts for those.
