Eagle II plans

Anybody know of a good source for Eagle II plans? Or anyone have a set of plans they could scan and send a few details? I'm trying to figure out a good fix for the drag/anti-drag wires corner blocks on the rear spar. I'm familiar with the process of filling the void inside the rib with epoxy between the blocks but I'd like to put an actual wood filler inside the void. It's gonna be a pain but I think a better fix than the epoxy.
